Terrible customer service! They forgot my order, no apology given. Specifically said I wanted pink not light pink. I asked for them the color of example on Facebook. Very disappointed!

“I was hoping for a better experience, given the reputation of the restaurant! “We waited almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged. “It was disappointing that the gift certificate was restricted to only 50% of its value rather than being usable in full.” So next time you wanna donate for nonprofit make it clear that you don’t want them to use the full amount on your certificate.

I went in excited to try this place with my family, but unfortunately, we left beyond disappointed. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 soups, and 2 chips—spending around $60. We decided not to order drinks since my daughter had her reusable Owala water bottle with her. The owner actually sent a server over to tell us she wasn’t allowed to have her own water. Then asked if we had purchased a beverage, my husband had to take her water bottle back to the car. After spending $60 on food ( 3 ham and cheese sanwiches, 1 grill cheese, 1 cup broccoli soup , 1 cup tomatoe soup and 2 bags of lays ), it was very upsetting to be treated this way over a simple bottle of water. We had been planning to order dessert afterward, but the experience completely ruined our visit. I would completely understand if my daughter had brought in outside food, but a reusable water bottle? That feels unreasonable, especially after we had already supported the business with a full meal order. Sadly, we won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Best pastries in town and I had no idea they have the best bagels in town as well!! Highly recommend the mango cheesecake if you want something sweet and the turkey bagel is the best bagel you will ever have!!

Rude and horrible service!! Called to order a cake that I've ordered before and said they said it take 5 days in advance to order that kind of cake. Which is a lie I've ordered that cake a day before I needed it. These people lie and are horrible to their customers. Will never order a cake from here EVER again!! Had cakes from other places just as good if not better with excellent service. Strongly encourage people not to go. Going back to Cakes by Design.
